" This Pavilion displays the kind of tools and the sort of environment that are now being devised for the schoolboy and schoolgirl if they are to get the best out of contemporary education.
The displays pass from Nursery Schools, through Primary Schools and conclude with Secondary Schools. Each of these phases cals for new equipment and a fresh background.
The last display in the Pavilion is a fully-furnished classroom in which a 'Project' is shown- that is to say, a co-operative exercise in which all members of a class, or group of classes, take part. "
